Shipping & Returns

Shipping: You have the option of orders being shipped to your home (via Purolator) or shipped to our clinic. Any orders shipped to the clinic can typically be picked up within two to three business days. Clinic staff will contact you when your order has arrived at the clinic & is ready for pick-up.

Returns: Please contact the clinic by phone (780-466-4030) to handle any returns. Notification of a return must be made with-in 5 days.
